Recommendations of Head of Iranian Pilgrims to First Group of Cultural Servants of Umrah Pilgrimage
In his recommendations to the first group of expeditionary forces and cultural servants of Umrah journeys, the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and pilgrimage affairs emphasized the necessity of sincerity in action and work for God.
According to Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, also head of Iranian hajj pilgrims, who was speaking in the first group of expeditionary forces and cultural servants of the Supreme Leader's mission, who are going to the land of revelation after many years of hiatus, added, "Pilgrims' servants should not perform Umrah in The 70s, 80s and 90s have good experiences and we should try to use these experiences optimally in the way of serving the pilgrims of the revealed land."
He expressed his satisfaction that after about ten years, the conditions for the journey of Iranian Umrah pilgrims to Baitullah Al-Haram have been provided as in the past, and he asked those present to consider the valuable opportunity of Umrah journey as God's success and care and to note that tens of millions of people wish to be able to serve the pilgrims of God's house in the land of revelation.
"Do what you have undertaken to gain God's pleasure, this is an asset that even your ancestors will benefit from on the Day of Judgment," he stressed.
"Imam Ali (AS) says in this regard: Liberation and salvation is in sincerity," he added.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab continued by referring to traditions and reminded the necessity of order and discipline in work, and emphasized that be humble and respect the pilgrim and in a way consider him as the basis of your success, as Imam Ali (AS) says the noblest character is humbleness.
Stating that humbleness creates love and things go in an orderly manner, he added, "Wherever responsibility and authority are involved, man must be held accountable on the Day of Judgment."
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab advised the attendees to deal with the pilgrims with good manners and to follow the example of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) who avoided quick temper and harsh speech.
He described speaking well as an art, and continued that man should try to use the best and most beautiful words that are very effective in social interaction.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab then emphasized on the observance of justice and fairness in dealings, people and avoiding violating the right, and said, "Try to show initiative and creativity in this trip and make a better plan for future generations and make it in Leave the land of revelation as a memory."
"Share your friends, acquaintances, relatives, scholars, etc. in doing the good deeds that God has made possible for you," he added.
