Representatives of Taqlid Authorities Call for Jurisprudential Mechanism and Solutions

The head of Iranian pilgrims added: Reducing the calculated number of Hajj brokers and adding to the number of pilgrims, revising some conditions of physical ability for Hajj with the expert opinion of the Academy of Medical Sciences and planning to prevent the creation of physical problems for pilgrims, including in the land of Mina, are among the most important points. In the continuation of this meeting, the representatives of the Taqlid delegations expressed their observations and summarized the opinions about the Hajj of 1403 and pointed to the increase in the scientific level of the clerics and greater mastery of the rituals and the improvement of the service status to the pilgrims as some positive and commendable points of this year's Hajj. "On the other hand, the problems related to limited space and health issues in Mena, the lack of Hajj guides in Mena, the unsuitable timing of Rami Jamrat for Iranian pilgrims and the long stay in Saudi Arabia were some of the problems that were raised in this meeting."

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also expressed the reasons and solutions presented by Iran to solve the problems, and said: "We hope the host country will pay attention to the suggestions and try to make the pilgrims of all countries perform the Hajj peacefully and without problems in the next year's Hajj."

Also, in this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Hossein Fallahzadeh discussed the opinions of the most eminent authority, and said: "Performing the act of "Halq" is one of the issues that has created serious challenges for pilgrims in recent years. By referring to the opinion of most of the most eminent authorities, we come to the conclusion that "throat" is not limited to the razor and the traditional method and we can also consider other solutions such as the use of a shaving machine in compliance with the specified conditions of the throat."

He said that by using the opinions of the representatives of the Supreme Authority of Taqlid and examining the examples of the operation of shaving machines, we hope that better conditions will be created to perform this obligatory act.
