Self-Portrait in State of Ihram; Subject Discussed at Meeting of Supreme Leader's Representative With Marja Taqlid Representatives
The synergistic meeting of the representatives of Marjah Taqlid was held in the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute in Qom with the presence of the representative of the Supreme Leader in matters of Hajj and Pilgrimage.
According to the Hajj Information Base, at the beginning of this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, stated the beginning of the sending of Umrah pilgrims to the land of revelation, and said: Every day, nearly a thousand people go on the Umrah journey and it is predicted that In the current Umrah season, about 170,000 people go on this spiritual journey.
"Unfortunately, the host country, contrary to the good practice of the past, has imposed new restrictions on Umrah pilgrims, such as the ban on holding cultural events and public prayers in hotels, as well as the ban on the use of audio devices, which is against the policy of the host country's development of pilgrims, which we hope these restrictions should be removed," he added.
In this meeting, clearing the throat with different tools that can be used by pilgrims as an example and using the opinions of one of the experts, this matter was carefully examined by the attendees, and it was decided that it should be thoroughly examined with another method for the complete assurance of the attendees.
In the continuation of this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Hossein Falahzadeh discussed the issues, and said that in examining the questions raised, the result was that the issue of praying behind the position of Ibrahim was the most asked, and on this basis, the Center for theology of rulings created a special file for this issue and soon the results of the investigation will be submitted to the Supreme Authority of Taqlid and their representatives.
Also, the issue of using mobile phone self-control technology, which is defined according to jurisprudence as looking in the mirror, was discussed and some aspects of it were proposed by the attendees and it was decided to consult the authority of the Taqlid.
At the end of this meeting, the issue of being polytheistic in Tawaf and effort and the criteria of truthfulness of polytheism were discussed and investigated.
