Interview with the servants of pilgrims must be purposeful and beneficial

Pointing to the importance of conducting scientific interviews with pilgrims’ servants, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs emphasized on the purposeful and beneficial nature of such interviews.

According to the Hajj information base, in the gathering of Hajj and Umrah interviewers that was held in Qom city, affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab emphasized on conducting a purposeful interview and said: interview should be conducted in such a way that the interviewee learns the love and interest of serving God from the interview and learns new knowledge from the interviewer.


Referring to a narration from the Holy Prophet (PBUH) that "the people of knowledge are the closest to the degree of prophethood", he stated that the purpose of the caravans’ clerics is to serve God's religion and those who participate in the interview are people of knowledge and grace, and we have a duty to serve them while appreciating them.


Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs gave a history of evaluating the readiness of caravan clergymen to serve and conducted a scientific interview in order to provide more and more up-to-date services to the pilgrims of Baitullah Al-Haram.


Referring to the example of Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Hassan Agha Tehrani's behavior in conducting an interview, which always contained a message and a lesson for the interviewee, he said: interview should also be beneficial and when it is done, it should transfer new knowledge, skills and perspective to the cleric.
