Necessity of using proper system to provide services in hajj area
Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization emphasized at the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization that the activities of this group should be defined and compiled in the form of a system, and stated: considering the conditions of the host country and inside the country, the provision of services in all sectors should be done using the appropriate system.
According to the Hajj information base, at the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization which was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, Mr. Alireza Bayat added: the reality is that in today's conditions, all the processes in various fields of statistics and acceptable software must be prepared for it, and doing things systematically is an undeniable necessity.
According to the report presented by Mr. Mehran Farshid, Director General of Information Technology and Cyberspace Security of Hajj and Pilgrimage organization, the new head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization noted that the infrastructural work should be carried out with accuracy, study and synergy of all units as soon as possible and all works should be done in the form of a single counter.
In this meeting, Mr. Farshid reported on most important actions of the plan and program office, information technology and cyber space security of the Hajj organization, and by stating the actions taken in the field of using a single window in different departments and programs of this organization, he referred to the launch of Hajj and Pilgrimage mobile system in Umrah operations until the end of Aban and rewriting and re-engineering the Samah system and using it in this year's Arbaeen ceremonies.
Supreme Leader representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs called the people involved in this field to follow all works in software area with regular and principled planning and try to save time as much as possible.
In this meeting, Mr. Gholamreza Rezaei and Hossein Esmaili, representatives of Hajj and Pilgrimage organization to the Land of Revelation, reported online about the rent of Hajj 1404 hotels in Mecca for more than 90%, follow-ups in provision of airplanes from the host country's airlines for Hajj operations, negotiations with the Saudi company regarding the damages, problems and strengths of providing services in Masha’r and the process of changing services in the host country.
Referring to the survey among Umrah pilgrims in the past weeks, Mr. Rezaei also pointed out to their relative satisfaction with the provision of services in various departments and informed about the payment of part of the charges of Umrah service companies.
In the field of providing medical and pharmaceutical services, good measures have been taken in coordination and agreement with the Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center, which will lead to greater satisfaction of pilgrims, he said.
In this meeting, the follow-ups was also discussed related to moving the Umrah station for pilgrims from the hotel to Masjid Al-Haram according to the average age of the pilgrims, the use of intercity train for the pilgrims in order to depart from Medina to Mecca, pre-registration call for Hajj 1404 and informing Hajj documents holder about the physical ability.
Supreme Leader representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also emphasized that the Medical Center of Hajj and Pilgrimage should pay due attention to this issue and the organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage also provide necessary information through various means including national media regarding the physical ability of people who are to be dispatched to the Land of Revelation so that they are fully justified and pay attention to this matter.
At the end of this meeting, cultural deputy of Supreme Leader's mission Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Hossein Rokn al-Dini in his report on the activities and programs of this deputy, emphasized on using consultations of cultural officials and managers in decision-making and planning for hajj and umrah.
Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization considered the interaction between this organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office as necessary in all matters and said: these points should be sent so that a suitable solution can be followed up and implemented.
