Pre-registration for Hajj 1404 begins / Hundreds register in the early minutes

According to the Hajj information base, pre-registration (preliminary registration) for the applicants of upcoming Hajj Tamattu began today, Monday (Azar 5), across the country.

The preliminary registration ceremony for applicants of Hajj 1404 was held in Tehran and other provinces with the presence Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, Mr. Alireza Bayat, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization and several deputies and officials of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and hajj organization. Mr. Director General of Information Technology and Cybersecurity of Hajj organization Mehran Farshid presented a report on the method and process of pre-registration, noting that hundreds of people registered in the first few minutes in various provinces.

Stating that the information obtained at this stage of registration will be used in the future programs, he said: all pilgrims’ issues are foreseen in the single window steps.

Deputy of hajj organization in Hajj and Umrah affairs Mr. Gholamreza Rezaei also added: the process of completing information is open for all pilgrims, and the priority of deposit documents determines which individuals can make the initial deposit.

In the continuation of this meeting, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs emphasized on continuous informing pilgrims and clarified that notifying pilgrims is their right and serving pilgrims is the duty of all servants of hajj and pilgrimage complex and Supreme leader mission, it should be tried to do so in the best possible way both domestically and in the host country.

Head of the Hajj organization, Mr. Bayat also referred to the beginning of Hajj registration for 1404 earlier than in previous years and said: this measure will allow us to be more proactive in the implementation process.

More favorable conditions have been provided than last year for better service to pilgrims, given the time remaining until the Hajj operation, he added.

It should be noted that pre-registration for those with priority for Hajj Tamattu 1404 is done online through my.haj.ir system, and applicants can complete and update their information on this website.

On the Azar 5th and 6th, all holders of Hajj deposit receipts must go to the aforementioned website until 1385/12/29.
