In Continuation of Visit to Tanzania; Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Meets Vice President of the Khoja Federation in Africa
Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Hojjat al-Islam Abdolfattah Navvab, on behalf of the Supreme Leader, continued his trip to Dar es Salaam, the largest city in Tanzania, and met with Alhaj Aunali Khalfan, Vice chairman of the Khoja Federation in Africa, and discussed issues of mutual interest with him.
According to Hajj Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab while referring to the valuable experiences of the Islamic Republic of Iran in sending pilgrims to the Holy House, announced the readiness of the Supreme Leader's delegation to share these experiences with Muslim brothers in Tanzania.
Alhaj Aunali Khalfan, Vice Chairman of the Khoja Federation in Africa, also presented a report on the activities of this religious center to Hojjat al-Islam Navvab during the meeting and welcomed the expansion of cooperation with the Supreme Leader's delegation.
This meeting was held in the presence of some cultural figures of the Khoja community, such as Bilal Muslim Mission official.
According to Wiki Shia, the World Federation of Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri Muslim Communities (KSIMC) is the most important decision-making center for the Khoja Twelver Shiites in the world, under whose supervision all Khoja organizations operate.
This organization has regional federations in Africa, America, Europe and Asia, and communities in some other continents. The regional federations and their member communities, whose representatives are members of this organization, play an important role in the decision-making of the World Federation.
