Head of Iranian Pilgrims Arrived in Saudi Arabia

The representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and the head of Iranian pilgrims arrived at Taif Airport in Saudi Arabia.
According to the Hajj Information Base, after entering the land of revelation, the head of Iranian pilgrims will go to the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil and will travel to Mecca to perform the Umrah rituals.
In this program, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab will also supervise the process of sending Iranian pilgrims to Taif Airport, the new destination of Iran's flights to the Land of Revelation, their transfer to the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil to put on Ihram, and their departure to Mecca to perform the Umrah.
Before this trip and at the Shahid Dastgheib Airport in Shiraz, the head of Iranian pilgrims said that during his trip to Saudi Arabia, he will try to prepare the ground for sending Iranian pilgrims to Taif Airport from other provinces of the country.
According to the report, consulting with the host country's parties to continue sending Iranian pilgrims to Hajj 1404 through Taif Airport is another matter that the representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs has mentioned. The advantage of Taif Airport is that it is closer to Mecca than Jeddah Airport. In addition to causing less fatigue for pilgrims at the beginning of their Umrah rituals, this proximity will also shorten their journey by one day.
During his 10-day trip to the Land of Revelation, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab will have an intensive program, from supervisory visits to participation in coordination and consultation meetings, to ensure that in addition to the optimal implementation of individual Umrah trips, the Hajj operations of Iranian pilgrims in 1404 will also be implemented in the best possible way.
