Supreme Leader's Representative Expresses Hope for Saudi Cooperation to Provide Better Services to Iranian Pilgrims

The representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and the head of Iranian pilgrims, during his visit to the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil expressed hope that with the cooperation of the Saudi government, Medina-after Iranian pilgrims will be able to enter the land of revelation through Taif Airport in Hajj 1404, just like Iran's Umrah pilgrims.

According to the Hajj Information Base, The first itinerary of the head of Iranian pilgrims who arrived at Taif Airport and the Land of Revelation on Wednesday evening, Dey 19, 1403, with the flight of the Shirazi pilgrims' caravan, was to move towards the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil and visit this holy place.

Before entering Mecca, pilgrims to the Land of Revelation put on Ihram at one of the Miqats around Mecca, the closest of which is the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil between the two cities of Taif and Mecca.

With the cooperation of the Saudi government, the sending of Iranian pilgrims through this airport has started about three weeks ago, but one flight a day lands at this airport.

In an interview during his presence at the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil, the representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs expressed hope that the host country, in addition to increasing the number of flights of Iranian Umrah pilgrims to Taif Airport and providing better services to pilgrims, will accompany the sending of Iran's pilgrims to Hajj 1404 through this airport.

Hojjat al-Islam Sayed Abdolfattah Navvab said that the most important advantage of this airport is its proximity to the Miqat of Qarn al-Manazil and Mecca, and as a result, saving time and making it easier for pilgrims to begin their Hajj and Umrah rituals.
