Komeil Prayer Ceremony Held in Medina in Presence of Supreme Leader's Representative for Hajj
The Komeil prayer ceremony was held in the presence of the Supreme Leader's representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs at the Iranian pilgrims' accommodation in Medina.
According to the Hajj Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, in a speech addressing the Umrah pilgrims, referred to the virtues of the month of Rajab and the pilgrims' success in traveling to the land of revelation and reciting the Komeil prayer on Friday night.
He advised the Hajj pilgrims to seize the opportunity of being in this land and make the best use of it.
"Today is the 15th of Rajab and on this date the Qibla has changed in the city of Medina," he added.
Referring to the Jews' questions about why they pray towards our Qibla and do not have an independent Qibla and the reasons for changing the Qibla from Jerusalem to the Kaaba, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said: "God told the Prophet to pray towards the Sacred Mosque and this mosque became the Qibla of the Muslims, a mosque that God told Prophet Abraham and Prophet Ismail: "Clean this place for pilgrims".
In another part of his speech, he referred to the events in West Asia in recent months, and said: There has never been a time when people in all continents have risen up to support the oppressed and condemned the crimes of the oppressor, trampled the flag of the oppressor underfoot, and taken up the flag that some wanted to be forgotten.
The Supreme Leader's Representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs said: "Now the child-killing Zionist regime has been defeated in the face of Gaza's resistance and they were forced to surrender to Hamas."
"God presented this victory to the Muslims and defeat, humiliation and humiliation were given to the child-killing regime," he added.
He continued by referring to the anniversary of the demise of Hazrat Zainab (SA), and said: Why is Hazrat Zainab a wise person? God has given man the ability to reason and think, and if man uses this capital, his life will change. The glorious lady of Islam acted so wisely in matters that she was greatly appreciated.
He reminded the martyrdom of Hazrat Zainab's (SA) children in Karbala, and said: "There is no place in history where Hazrat Zainab spoke about the martyrdom of her children in front of Imam Hussein (SA).
Referring to the words of the Supreme Leader about the Jihad of Explanation, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said: A person must speak the truth, even if it costs them, like Hazrat Zainab (SA), who spoke the truth before the rulers of the time, Yazid and Ibn Ziyad, and emphasized that she saw nothing but beauty in the event of Karbala.
He referred to the crisis management by Hazrat Zainab (SA) and said that she managed the situation in those circumstances.
Referring to the presence of pilgrims in the land of revelation, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said, "Use this opportunity and make intentions for the deceased in their names and perform Umrah for those around you."
After the speech of the representative of the Supreme Leader in matters of Hajj and pilgrimage, the Komeil prayer was recited by one of the Ahl al-Bayt's eulogists in the presence and whispering of the pilgrims.
