Some points about respecting the rights of pilgrims, including their financial rights, were among the issues that were emphasized in some sections and were welcomed by head of the Iranian pilgrims. Hojjat al-Islam Navvab emphasized that in providing services, we must consider all the rights of pilgrims, from financial to insurance, etc. Also, in providing services, steps should be taken in such a way that the feelings of pilgrims are also taken into account.

During the visit of head of the Iranian pilgrims, together with head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization to the computer department of the Medina Hajj and Pilgrimage Headquarters, officials of this department presented the latest reports on the follow-up of the pilgrims' concerns regarding the Rezvan pilgrimage. In this report, it was revealed that the issue had been resolved since yesterday and the possibility of collective pilgrimage of Iranian pilgrims to Ruzah Rezvan had been provided.

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab and Mr. Bayat welcomed this report and emphasized that the necessary information should be provided to pilgrims as soon as possible so that more pilgrims can benefit from visiting this holy shrine.

By decision of the host country, in the last two or three years, pilgrimage to Ruzeh Rezvan was provided to pilgrims only through the NUSUK mobile application and individually; this had caused problems for some pilgrims who could not use this possibility. This issue was raised in various meetings between the Supreme Leader mission and the Hajj organization headquarters and it was emphasized that a solution be found for it.

As reported by relevant officials, with the follow-up of the Medina Headquarters, the possibility of mass registration of Iranian pilgrims in NUSUK has been made possible since yesterday.

Emphasized on the necessity for accurate, regular, and continuous evaluations, as well as ongoing diagnostics, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab and Mr. Bayat emphasized that these surveys and evaluations should always be more accurate and practical so that the officials of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization can continuously improve and promote services and processes.
