Head of the Iranian pilgrims upon arrival in Mecca:
We hope God Almighty will soon grant victory to the Islamic Ummah
On Sunday morning, upon entering the city of Mecca, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab welcomed by the officials of Supreme Leader's delegation and the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization.
According to the Hajj Information base, then he told reporters that this year's Hajj programs are in line with the Hajj slogan. Quranic behavior is the first approach of our programs, which is followed in three layers in the speeches of respected speakers, meetings of esteemed reciters, and caravan clerics. Islamic integration is the antidote of today's pain in the Islamic world, and Hajj is a good opportunity to move towards it.
Referring to the slogan of supporting oppressed Palestine during this year's Hajj, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs added: now, pilgrims during Hajj are praying for these oppressed people and appealing to God. We hope that God Almighty will soon grant victory to the Islamic Ummah and that the oppressed Palestinians will be freed from the current oppression.
Referring to the ongoing process of pilgrims entering the Land of Revelation, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization Mr. Alireza Bayat said: given the visits, preparation of Masha’r, and coordination meetings, there is good preparation for performing the Hajj rituals.
He recommended three points to pilgrims: "pay attention to the spiritual atmosphere and cultural programs," "observe personal hygiene," and "observe the regulations of the host country." He also added: this year, the addition of Saudi flights in the process of transferring Iranian pilgrims, duration of their presence have been reduced and long-term stays for pilgrims have been eliminated.
