Head of the Iranian pilgrims listens to pilgrims' concerns at Kudi Tower 2 Hotel
On Monday afternoon,Khordad 5th , head of the Iranian pilgrims along with head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization and a number of directors of Supreme Leader Delegation and Hajj and Pilgrimage Headquarters, were present at Kudi Tower 2 Hotel in Mecca, listening closely to the concerns and points of view of the pilgrims.
According to the Hajj Information base, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab first of all, presented at the hotel's restaurant and congratulated pilgrims their success to visit Baitullah al-Haram and prayed to God to grant the children of these pilgrims the opportunity to visit the House of God.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also talked to one of the hotel's assistants who are stationed at the hotel to answer the religious questions of female pilgrims. He inquired about the quality of the progress of assistants' actions and guidance, and offered some recommendations in this regard.
Afterwards, head of the Iranian pilgrims along with head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization Mr. Alireza Bayat and a number of other Hajj and Pilgrimage organization officials, sat in the hotel lobby to listen to the opinions of pilgrims staying in the hotel.
Difficulty of registering in the NUSUK system for the pilgrimage Ruzah Nabawi, lack of elevator capacity, and linger of some pilgrims during meals and departure to the shrine were among the concerns and complaints of some pilgrims staying at this hotel. Of course, a number of pilgrims also appreciated Hajj officials for the quality of services, including the train from Medina to Mecca.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab attributed the problem in registering NUSUK to some changes in the host country's program. In response to a pilgrim who complained about some shortcomings, he promised to follow up on the matter when asked about the details.
In response to a pilgrim question about the shortening of Hajj trip, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization referred to the setting of a period between 29 - 40 days for this journey and stated: usually, many pilgrims request that the journey be shortened; in this regard, the average duration of the journey has decreased, and of course, the exact time of the pilgrims' return is still not known.
During this visit, several officials of Supreme Leader Delegation and the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization listened to the pilgrims' points of view in a frank and transparent atmosphere.
