Head of the Iranian pilgrims in Mina:
First day of Hajj in Mina was well-conducted/explaining cultural programs for the continuation of Hajj season
In a conversation with reporters in Mina, Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navva described the process of doing Hajj 1404 operation as good and desirable, and said that this important work is the product of good planning and intensive cooperation between the various departments of Hajj complex and some cooperation from the host country.
According to the Hajj Information base, referring to the effective confrontation with the cruel sanctions in performance of Hajj operation, especially in transferring currency and some services, he said: transferring about 87000 pilgrims to the land of revelation is similar to moving the population of a city, and this process, despite two destination cities and the multitude of rituals and ceremonies, has many complexities, which, with the grace of God and the efforts of colleagues, has been carried out satisfactorily to date.
Head of the Iranian Pilgrims also said about the cultural programs of Supreme Leader mission for pilgrims: in the cultural field, in addition to each pilgrim performing rituals based on his religion and the fatwa of his authority, a series of cultural, ethical, and cognitive programs were held. Educational sessions on behavior reform, Quranic circles, meetings for familiarization with the Holy Quran and etc. All of them were implemented with the aim of promoting the spirituality and knowledge of the pilgrims.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab noted that the dear pilgrims are now in the final stages of performing Hajj, the most important of which are the quintette acts of Mecca and staying in Mina. The process of triple Jamarat will be carried out tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, and the night will be spent at Mina.
Referring to the plans for the days after Tashreeq, he said that plans have been made for the gradual return of pilgrims from the three airports of Jeddah, Taif, and Medina, so that loved ones who were in "Medina before" can return to Iran from Jeddah and Taif airports, and those who are in "Medina after" can return to Iran from Medina airport.
Cultural and spiritual measures and programs will also be carried in "Medina after”; however, before performing the Hajj, focus of conversation was on how to perform the rituals, but now the topic has shifted to the sustainability of the effects and blessings of the Hajj in the lives of dear pilgrims.
Head of the Iranian pilgrims concluded by saying: "In the city of Mecca itself, we will have more moral and narrative discussions for the pilgrims after they have completed their rituals, and sessions on the Quran will continue until the end of the journey."
