Head of Iranian Pilgrims Visited Pilgrims' Accommodation in Al Mozn Al Motalqh Hotel and Had a Cordial Conversation with Pilgrims

On the first day after the end of the Hajj pilgrimage, the head of Iranian pilgrims visited the Al Mozn Al Motalqh Hotel in Mecca and met with Iranian pilgrims staying at the hotel and learned about their concerns.
According to the Hajj Information Center, in this meeting, which was also attended by Mr. Bayat, Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, and some other managers of the Supreme Leader’s Hajj and Mission Headquarters, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab congratulated the pilgrims on completing the Hajj pilgrimage and wished them success in their pilgrimage to the House of God.
The faces of the pilgrims during this visit, which took place immediately after the end of the Hajj pilgrimage, were happy, and many of them shook hands with the representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj affairs or took a souvenir photo.
A number of pilgrims thanked the managers of the hotel complex, the caravan, and the clerics for their efforts in serving the pilgrims for a month of humble service. Some asked to convey their greetings to the Supreme Leader, and some also offered their own points and opinions.
The cramped accommodation space in Mena, the short Hajj time for some pilgrims, some problems with transportation, and the lack of time in Medina were some of the concerns of some pilgrims.
Some pilgrims objected to receiving 1.6 million tomans for the meningitis vaccine, and they were informed that, considering the announced cost of 600,000 tomans, the difference would be returned to them by the Red Crescent.
The representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs announced that the bus service has been suspended in accordance with Saudi regulations during the days of Tashreeq and will be reactivated the next day. Referring to the destruction of some hotels in Medina, he added, "Pilgrims from some countries only stay in Medina for one day, and the increase in the stay in Medina imposes a large financial burden on pilgrims."
In response to some points of view, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab considered the measures taken in the Hajj process to be the product of 40 years of experience and taking into account the welfare and wishes of the pilgrims, and asked the pilgrims to trust their servants.
