Head of Iranian Pilgrims: Era of Turning Tables Has Passed and Zionist Regime Will Definitely Taste Response of Soldiers of Islam
According to Hajj Information Base, a meeting to honor the pioneers of Hajj and pilgrimage was held at the Violet Hotel in Mecca.
At this ceremony, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and the head of Iranian pilgrims, while celebrating Eid al-Ghadir, considered this Eid to be “Eidullah al-Akbar” based on the narrations, and stated: "The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said on the day of Ghadir: “O God, love those who love Ali (AS); such an expression from the Holy Prophet (PBUH) does not exist anywhere else. This position is due to the divine revelation that was revealed by God and granted such a high position to Imam Ali (AS).
Referring to George Gerdac, a Christian scholar who has read Nahj ul-Balagha 200 times and then wrote several volumes of the book "Imam Ali, the Voice of Human Justice", Hojjat al-Islam Navvab continued: "This Christian figure is a jurist to whom Allama Amini (may Allah have mercy on him) gave several volumes of the book "Al-Ghadir" to study and express his opinion."
Referring to the brutal attack of the criminal Zionist regime on our country today, the representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs stated: Throughout history, times have always been bitter and sweet, and ups and downs. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about this city where we are now: "Mecca is the most beloved land to me, and if I had not been expelled from it, I would never have left it." But in the end, he was forced to leave Mecca, but now his followers around the world are praying day and night, facing the Qibla of this city.
He recited verses 137 to 142 of Surah Al-Imran and added: In some of these verses, God says: “And do not weaken and do not grieve, and you will be superior if you are [true] believers.”
That is, if you are a believer, in whatever situation you find yourself, your flag will be high; just like the flag of Imam Hussein (AS), whose body was crushed by the sword in the slaughter pit, but remained high.
Recalling the words of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution in previous years that "the era of beating people is over," Hojjat al-Islam Navvab emphasized, "These crimes will definitely be given a befitting response, and God willing, these events will pave the way for the victory of Islam and the destruction of disbelief."
In another part of his speech, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab referred to the philosophy of holding this meeting to appreciate the veteran forces of Hajj and pilgrimage, and stated, "Both the organization is indebted to you and you are indebted to the organization, which has provided you with the opportunity and success to serve the guests of the Most Gracious." Emphasizing the need to maintain contact with the organization, he added, "Your strength and experience should be optimally utilized, and like the representatives of previous parliaments, your valuable opinions and experiences should be used to strengthen future plans in the field of Hajj, before they are officially presented in the organization."
At the beginning of this meeting, Dr. Alireza Bayat, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, while condemning the crimes of the Zionist regime and congratulating and condoling the martyrdom of a group of military commanders, referred to the main topic of the meeting, and said, "Honoring veterans and servants of the Most Gracious Guests is not something I can compensate for; you are definitely rewarded by God."
Stating that good and accurate expert work has been done for the law on retirement of Hajj workers based on age, he added: "We should use the opportunity of new people with new ideas, along with the experience of veterans, to organize more successful Hajj operations and move forward every year."
