Head of Iranian Pilgrims at Ghadir Day Commemoration Ceremony: Saddam Also Threw A Stone At Iran One Day And Left, But Ultimately Perished

According to Hajj Information Base, the Eid Ghadir commemoration ceremony was held with the presence of Iranian pilgrims at the Balad Al-Tayyib Hotel in Mecca.

In this ceremony, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and the head of Iranian pilgrims, in a speech congratulating Eid al-Ghadir, considered the presence in the city of Mecca on such a night a divine success, and added: “Presence in this city is the wish of all Muslims, some of whom have been waiting for it for decades. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that Mecca is the most beloved city to me, and if I were not forced to, I would never leave it.”

Stating that Ghadir is forever a history, an Eid, and that its teachings should always be kept alive, the head of Iranian pilgrims referred to the words of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to his companions in the Ghadir sermon, and said: “These words are all lessons and lessons. Words that are emotional and moral, and in which the Messenger of God (PBUH) emphasizes that I will respond to the call of truth in the near future.”

The representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, emphasizing the fact that we must reach the truth of Ghadir, considered its path to be through understanding the indicators of this Eid, namely the completion of religion, the completion of blessings, the satisfaction of the Almighty, and the despair of enemies, and added: "Because of these characteristics, Ghadir became one of the days of Allah."

In another part of his speech, the head of Iranian pilgrims referred to the end of the Hajj rituals and, while congratulating the pilgrims for successfully completing their deeds, added: "In these days after the rituals, Satan wants to take away your impressions and perceptions of Hajj, and this issue requires your greater attention and care. We must protect Hajj ourselves so that we can transmit its effects and influence others."

He continued by referring to the brutal attack of the criminal Zionist regime on our country in recent days, comparing it in some ways to Saddam's attack on our country at the beginning of the imposed war, and said: "That day, Imam Khomeini (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A mad man came, threw a stone and left." Then they said, "We will slap Saddam so hard that he will never get up." Now, where are Saddam and Saddam's followers? What is the status of the people of Iran and Iraq? How freely do the people of the two countries travel to and from each other?

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab emphasized: God has promised victory to the believers, and says, "Indeed, Allah defends those who believe" and in another place, "And Allah is Powerful in their victory over them." Of course, these events are for you to be updated and come out of your daily routine. Ultimately, God says, "He will destroy the oppressors."

Honoring the recent martyrs, including some military commanders, a group of nuclear scientists, and the civilians, he added: "The Prophet lost 72 people in one day in Uhud, his relatives were martyred, Hamza, the master of martyrs, was martyred, and Imam Ali (AS) was severely injured, but in the end, the Muslims defeated the polytheists of Mecca and they were forced to flee."
