Custodian of the Abd al-Azim al-Hasani Shrine:
This year’s Hajj held successfully

Custodian of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Abd al-Azim al-Hasani, in a meeting with head of the Iranian pilgrims, described the successful organization of this year’s Hajj as a divine blessing toward the guests of God.

According to the Hajj Information base, Custodian of the Shrine of Hazrat Abd al-Azim al-Hasani Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Ali Qazi Askar met today with the Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Abdolfattah Navvab and described the successful organization of the Hajj 1404 as a sign of divine favor toward the guests of God.


Referring to the positive conduct and cooperation of the host country during this year’s Hajj, Custodian of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Abd al-Azim al-Hasani stressed the importance of preserving this atmosphere.


Referring to the new cultural programs aimed at encouraging cultural servants to increase their efforts in serving pilgrims, Hojjat al-Islam Navab stated that individuals who make valuable and impactful contributions can further enhance the quality of service to pilgrims. It is worth noting that educated and virtuous cultural servants are currently being recruited into the cultural cycle of Hajj and pilgrimage.


Highlighting the importance of building trust to ensure better cooperation with the host country, head of Iranian pilgrims considered the unity among Hajj and pilgrimage officials and pilgrims as one of the key factors behind this year’s success.


Describing the resumption of Umrah as good news for those interested in pilgrimage journeys, Hojjat al-Islam Qazi Askar emphasized that programs should aim to empower younger personnel and enhance the knowledge and scientific content of executive and cultural staff to increase their effectiveness during these trips.


According to the report, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs concluded the meeting by paying respects at the graves of the martyred commanders and the martyrs of Iran’s strength and the national resistance during the 12-day imposed war by the Zionist regime at the shrine of Hazrat Abd al-Azim al-Hasani and the sections of Behesht-e- Zahra Cemetery. He also honored their sacrifices by reciting Fatiha.



Hojjat al-Islam Navab also joined the pilgrims and families of the Zionist regime’s imposed war martyrs including the martyred commanders Hossein Salami, Mohammad Bagheri, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, and Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, paying tribute to the lofty status of the martyrs of strength. He described the presence of people at the graves of these resistance figures and scientific elites as a sign of the deep bond between society and the martyrs’ ideals, loyalty to the Islamic Revolution, and condemnation of the occupying Zionist regime crimes.
