The Performing Of Hajj Tamattu And Umrah IHRAAM

* Clip nails and remove under-arm and pubic hair.
* Ghusl (bath)
* Use Itr (sunnah)
* Put on Ihraam (sunnah to do so from home)
* Perform two Rakaats of Ihraam (sunnah) with head covered.
* Recite in 1st Rakaat: Qul Yaa Ayyuhal Kaafiroon...
* 2nd Rakaat: Qul Huwal llaahu Ahad
* Remove head cover (males). Do not cover head until free from Ihraam.
* Make Niyyat of Umra.
* Recite the Talbiyah (Labbayk...) three times.
* Audibly for males in a low voice for females.

Remember that now onwards you are in a state of Ihraam. * Proceed without delay to Makkah.
* Upon reaching boundary of Makkah (the hill) recite Masnoon Duas.
* Arrange to put belongings at safe place, hotel, etc. * Enter Haram Shareef with Wudhu preferably from Babus Salaams and recite Mansus Duas upon sighting of the Kaabah.
* Form Niyyat for Tawwaf of Umrah (Tawaf of Qudoom) before reaching the Hajarul Aswad.
* Proceed with the Tawaaf (perform ramal and Idhtibaah in 1st three rounds only).
* After Tawaaf perform two Rakaats Waajib of Tawaaf preferably at Maqaam Ibraahim.
* If possible make Du'a at Multazam and then proceed to drink Zam Zam.
* Before going for Sa'ee make Istislaam of the Ka'abah from wherever Ka'abah Shareef is visible. (The Ka'abah is not visible from Safa).
* Proceed to Safa to begin Sa'ee. Climb well up to outcrop of rock.
* Make Niyyat for Sa'ee of Umrah.
* Proceed Sa'ee from Safa to Marwah.
* At Marwa too climb well up to outcrop of rock and make Du'a only. (It is not necessary to make Istislaam as is commonly done)
* Complete the seven passes of Sa'ee in this manner.
* Perform two Rakaats Nafl of Sa'ee anywhere in Haram Shareef if possible.
* Halq: shave head (for Tamattu) Halq or hair cut for Umra.
* Females could only have a few inches of their hair cut by their Mahram after he has had his hair shaved or cut. Other women not in Ihraam may also do this.
* Before Fajr Salaat (start after midnight)
* Bath
* Ihraam
* Two Rakaats (sunnah)
* Niyyah of Hajj
* Tawaaf (Nafl) with raml and Idhtibaah
* Two Rakaats Waajib
* Sa'ee for Hajj (Waajib) permissible before Hajj.
* Leave for Mina after Fajr Salaat * Dhuhr
* Asr
* Maghrib
* Esha
* Fajr
* Leave for Arafaat * Dhuhr and Asr at Dhuhr time at Masjid. Otherwise each Salaat on its prescribed time.
* Du'as after Salaats until departue. Main Du'a after Asr until departure.
* Cannot leave Arafaat before sunset.
* No Maghrib Salaat after sunset. * Maghrib and Esha at Esha time (one Adhaan and two Takbeers)
* Collect approx. 90 pebbles at Muzdalifah. Wash and keep safely in plastic packet.
* Stay overnight.
* Leave after Fajr Salaat. * Ramal of Big Shaytaan only after Ishraaq. Stop recital of Talbiyah after pelting first pebble.
* Slaughter Damm of Shukr (Waajib)
* Leave for Makkah
* Halq (preferably at Makkah) - Now you are free to dress into clothes.
* All Salaats on time. * Halq now you are free to dress
* Tawwaf of Ziyaarat with Raml and Idhtibaah
* Sa'ee (if it was not made on 8th)
* Put on clothes if not dressed yet.
* Perform all Salaats on time. No other rite.
* Rami of all three Shaytaans after Zawaal - sequence small to big.

* Rami of all three Shaytaans after Zawaal - sequence small to big.
* You may now leave for Makkah before sunset or otherwise you must stay at Mina for the 13th day. * Rami allowed after Ishraaq on this day Rami of all three Shaytaans, same order.
* Leave for Makkah
