Renewal of Allegiance of Hajj Officials With Ideals of Imam Khomeini

According to the Hajj Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, head of Iranian pilgrims, together with Seyed Abbas Hosseini, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, and a group of agents and cultural servants of this area, on the eve of sending Iranian pilgrims to the Land of Revelation after paying tribute to Imam Khomeini renewed covenant with the ideals of the great architect of the Islamic Revolution by attending the holy shrine of late Imam. According to this report, the participants in this spiritual ceremony honored the memory of Imam Khomeini and renewed their allegiance to Imam Khomeini while offering a crown of flowers, reciting prayers and paying tribute to the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, martyrs and the wise leader of the revolution. Hojjat al-Islam Navvab, in the ceremony of renewing the covenant with the ideals of late Imam Khomeini, among the worshipers in the shrine of the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, commemorated late imam as the revivalist of the Abrahamic Hajj and expressed his hope that those involved in the field of Hajj and pilgrimage will fulfill their heavy responsibility with more efforts and wished them success in performing the Abrahamic Hajj and make Islamic Iran proud. The Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs while pointing out that this year due to traveling to the land of revelation the Hajj servants are deprived from participating in the anniversary ceremony of the passing away of the Imam in dear Iran, and said, "We thank God that today we had the opportunity to meet with the Supreme Leader and attend with pure honor of late imam, may Allah bless him and grant peace upon him, and bless the servants of Hajj. He pointed to the points of the Supreme Leader's speech regarding the personality of the great divine prophet Ibrahim (AS), and said, "God sent this great prophet for the liberation of mankind, although Hazrat Ibrahim was a prophet with a heart of mercy, but he was nothing against the enemies of God. The head of Iranian pilgrims stated that there are more than sixty mentions of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) in the divine verses, and said, "In various verses, purity and sincere worship are mentioned, which pilgrims can learn from near the house of God. Referring to the fact that Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) placed his young wife and infant child in a land devoid of water and signs of life in order for prayers to be held, he reminded of the placement of the grave of Hazrat Hajar (SA) in the circumambulation of God's house and added: Safa and Marwa are the memory of this lady and the creator of the Zamzam spring was Hazrat Ismail with divine favors. "Pilgrims who visit Baitullah Al-Haram, after circumambulating the House of God, stand behind Ibrahim's position and offer prayers as if they are imitating Ibrahim (PBUH)," he added. Hojjat al-Islam Navvab continued by pointing out that Hazrat Ibrahim is assigned to purify the House of God, and stated that all this is a lesson. He pointed to verse 102 of Surah Safat which says "O my dear child, I see in my dream that I am sacrificing you (in the way of God), what is your opinion on this incident? He answered: "Father, whatever task you do, God willing, you will find me among the servants with patience and patience." It offers that the father will do God's order.
