Referring to the wisdom 48 of Nahj al-Balaghah from Imam Ali (AS), “victory and success in anything is dependent on foresight", Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said: foresight and planning lead to success in work. Pointing to the importance of innovation and updating in doing responsibilities and duties in Hajj, he emphasized: be innovative and plan for the days of Tashriq, Medina after, and the return of pilgrims to Iran. Stating that 60% of Hajj 1403 pilgrims are “Medina befor “, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization, Mr. Seyed Abbas Hosseini said in the continuation of this meeting that these pilgrims receive services when they reach the Prophet's city. This year, efforts have been made to improve services in housing, food and logistics sectors, and for this reason, we see a relative calm among the pilgrims. He stated that the use of rail transportation in this year's Hajj to transport pilgrims from Medina to Mecca has satisfied them. Also, paying attention to youthfulness, using new knowledge and capable forces to provide better services to pilgrims, has been one of the strategies considered in Hajj 1403. In the continuation of this meeting, the officials of intercity transportation, food and logistics, accommodation, airport, security, computer, inspection and Hajj and Pilgrimage medical center in Medina reported on the activities and measures. Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs gave recommendations to the officials of each department according to the materials they presented. He assessed the increase in pilgrims' satisfaction compared to last year as a success for those involved and considered it to be an indication of success in work and better and more companionship with pilgrims.
