The meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held in the presence of the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, The meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held today chaired by Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.
Hajj and Umrah Deputy to the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Akbar Rezaei, referring to the experience of performing Umrah in Saudi Arabia under the Corona crisis, presented a report on the studies conducted on possibility of performing Hajj 1400 and also the organization's preparations to send pilgrims to Saudi Arabia if the quota is announced by the host country.
Mr. Alireza Rashidian, chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, also said: after Saudi Arabia officially announcing its position, the organization will use appropriate solutions within its framework of duties to fulfill its mission on Hajj."
Under the current situation, the Hajj and Pilgrimage Complex must plan various predictions and scenarios for expedition while maintaining the dignity of the pilgrims, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also said.
At the meeting, Supreme Leader Delegation Office deputy on international affairs; Hojjat al-Islam Ali Khayyat also reported on the events and developments in West Asia and head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center Dr. Seyyed Ali Marashi, reported on the center's preparations to provide facilities, medicines and vaccines to pilgrims during the Hajj.
At the beginning of the meeting, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs condemned the attacks and aggressions of the Zionist regime against the Palestinians.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said that today the Zionist criminals are shedding the blood of the Palestinian people, adding that the main owners of Palestine are being martyred and wounded by the occupying forces because they own the land and defend their rights but have no support.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab pointing out that some Arab countries betrayed the Palestinian cause by normalizing relations with the Zionist regime, added: these countries, which do not follow the human and religious teachings, betray the Palestinian people and serve the enemies of Islam. They should know that it is the divine tradition that the heirs of the earth are the righteous and the occupiers will be destroyed.
Hard days are passing on the Islamic Ummah and we are facing a difficult test, and in such circumstances we must perform our duties well and note that there have been many oppressors throughout history who have nothing left for them but curses and their roots has dried up, he emphasized.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also referred to the upcoming elections and called it a test and a lesson for the people of our country and those who have nominated themselves.
