The first group of Iranian pilgrims wear Ihram in a spiritual atmosphere filled with the remembrance of God in the Shajarah Mosque and went to Mecca after a five-day stay in the city of the Prophet, convoying by the Hajj and Pilgrimage officials.
According to the Hajj information base, the first caravans of Iranian pilgrims on Saturday (Ordibehesht 29) wear Ihram in an atmosphere filled with the remembrance of God in the Shajarah Mosque, and left Mecca with convoying of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and also chairman of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Seyed Abbas Hosseini.
About 1,750 Iranian pilgrims in the form of 14 caravans from different provinces of our country put on Ihram after reading Talbiyeh, left for Mecca by high-speed train.
Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab in his speech at the farewell ceremony of the pilgrims of our country, pointed out the best Dhikr (pray) before reaching the holy Mecca and stated: The best thing to do on the road ahead until reaching the house of God is dhikr and saying labaik. Every time you say labaik, say one of God's names.
On this way, remember your parents and ancestors and sincerely thank God for the favor she has bestowed on you, he added.
Citing a narration from Imam Sadiq (a.s.), head of the Iranian pilgrims said: Whoever performs Tawaf on behalf of all the people of his city, when he returns says that I have performed Tawaf on behalf of all people of the city, has not said a false word, because Hajj and Tawaf are light and all You are under its light.
He also asked pilgrims to pray for their children and be thankful to God and pray for the Supreme Leader and the families of the martyrs whose loved ones were martyred in the sacred defense.
According to the report, head of the Iranian pilgrims performed the evening prayer with the Iranian pilgrims in the Shajarah Mosque, and in a sincere meeting with them, he offered some recommendations, and the pilgrims also took photos with the Hajj and Pilgrimage officials.
According to this report, this is the first year that all the pilgrims of our country are supposed to go from Medina to Mecca and vice versa by high-speed train. The journey from Medina to Mecca by train will take about 2 hours, and in the past this journey for Iranian pilgrims took between 7 and 8 hours by intercity transportation.
